The S.A.R, also know as the Astrian Federation is a state located in the 4000s arm of the galaxy, led by duckyquacky3241, Felixleonard130, and realguy237. As of right now, there are no elections in the Astrian Federation, and the leaders are known as the DFA.

Bandar Ganugala

Bandar Ganugala is a city of the Second Federal Astrian Republic which was founded in November 3rd, 2024.

This city was the first to be founded in Astrian history and reached a peak population count of 7 people.

Bandar Ganugala's location is mentioned in the Astrian Communications Server.

Unfortunately, the entire city experienced Marono Syndrome due to the Black Flood incident and it has been rebuilt (not completely) and repopulated.

However, most of the population left to seek more opportunities in the capital Voltune.

Verdanica [Abandoned City]

Verdanica is an abandoned city, with majority of the buildings removed completely, a few months before the end of the Federation Era.

It has a Modern Astrian Flag planted, (outdated flag), an empty house with a keycard lock, and letters made out of triangles spelling "VD".

Verdanica was rediscovered by notfunny12 (Ezed) around 4 months after it was abandoned, and sent a picture that they took (Picture size is too large to be uploaded).

Verdanica MK2 [Major City]

Verdanica MK2 (will be addressed as VMK2) is a major city in the Second Federal Astrian Republic, with the largest economic sector in the entire nation for now.

The city is placed on a moon of a gas giant which makes the city look big.

It has a radio building, a smelter, parking lots and a planned train station.

VMK2 also has the largest reserve of solar panels in the entire nation, with plans to expand it even more with the new IMU smeltery research.

The development of the city is not focused right now, the infrastructure will not upgrade or be removed.

Arumaris MK1 [Abandoned City]

Arumaris MK1 is an abandoned city in the Second Federal Astrian Republic, and was due to waves of Marono Syndrome.

It is located on the same planet (4304-2) as Vamani MK1 (not to be confused with MK2) and was located near the north pole of the planet.

There was a planned highway to connect Vamani MK1 to Arumaris MK1, but was shortly discontinued due to the waves of Marono syndrome as mentioned above.

The city has been abandoned, and a public smelter in Arumaris MK1 was given access for Newgens to utilise.

Since May 3rd, 2025, Vamani and Astra have evacuated from the planet Vamani.

Arumaris MK2 [Major City]

Arumaris MK2 is a major city of the Second Federal Astrian Republic, serving as one of the economic sectors for trade and diplomacy.

It is split into four districts which names are not finalized yet. However, Sierra District is currently being constructed.

The development of the city is not focused right now, the infrastructure will not upgrade or be removed.

Voltune [Capital City]

Voltune is the capital city of the Second Federal Astrian Republic, serving as the second largest economic sector in the nation.

It is a tight city with living sectors and factories, most of the buildings are either empty or not completed because there is no proper maintenance.

The city includes a train that is currently not functioning, due to the rails constantly breaking even with maintenance.

The development of the city is not focused right now, there will be no upgrades however in this city's case there is a chance it will get bulldozed due to the amount of incompleted buildings (or skeletons untouched).

Appearance

The flag of the Second Federal Astrian Republic is a plain tricolor consisting of black, white, and red. (Not to be confused with the Second Reich flag)

The color black represents the Dark Ages of the Astrian Federation, when economic and political struggles were faced, but still managed to overcome them.

The color white represents peace, where the ability to maintain at a stable state without war or fighting is present.

The color red represents courage, sacrifice with hard work and dedication to carry on with Astra's future.

History

The Astrian Federation was formed on September 14th, 2024, and dissolved on April 8th 2025, when the idea of uniting republics under a federation failed.

It led to the formation of the Federal Astrian Republic (F.A.R) and was an in-debt, collapsed state for its only 11 days of existence before the Second Astrian Republic (S.A.R) was formed which is currently the state Astra is now.

After April 19th, the S.A.R was recovering from the three crisis, with massive economic gains and a variety of international trade with alliances.

As of December 2025,

The Astra Golden Age has ended.

Although the nation's economy is relatively better compared to the A.F, it is slowly dropping as more resources are being used to fund the new city Libno.

The nation was also inactive for months, pausing economic and infrastructure development.

Black Flood Incident

The Black Flood Incident is an event that is currently occurring during the time this paragraph was written (3rd July 2025).

During Kerosene production (via bombing Petrol to create Tarmac), realguy237, one of the leaders of the Second Astrian Republic wanted to test the limits of SP by detonating around 20,000 Petrol worth of blocks.

The detonation crashed the server in Ganugala, and the experiment concluded that servers couldnt handle that amount of Petrol being detonated.

While deleting the experiment surface, the truss which held all of the clustered Petrol was accidentally removed, causing the entire field surrounding it to explode with Petrol.

The first cluster was removed entirely, but two more clusters were not unanchoring and spreading like the first one.

While Astrian authorities reported currently that another wave has exploded.

Currently, the situation is being deescalated and the site is being removed carefully.

Government Structure

The S.A.R is a federal republic, which considers its states as autonomous regions using regional governments and a federal government to exercise better control over Astrian territories in a parliament (Members are currently being invited).

During the Federation Era, all the states had its own independence in internal affairs, which backfired onto the A.F due to a disagreement between the D.F.A having controlled their own states.

The disagreements between these three bodies that are in power of the Astrian Federation caused conflict between government forces.

This happened during December of 2024 during the Federation Era, which is why the state reformed to a more stabilized government structure to prevent any incident such as this happening again.
