One of such blocks was pavement, which was very strong and cheap, however pavement in a later update was nerfed by increasing its price, aswell as adding a substitute, that being pykrete, Milololol (known as Golden at the time) really disliked this change and refused to use pykrete, even if it was less expensive than pavement.
